Construction del Sur was named after the owners’ lifelong love of Construction in the South! Ryan Holland, co-owner with his wife Billi Jo, grew up in the Upstate of South Carolina. He learned construction from an early age working with his family on volunteer projects. This lead to many years of project management positions for industrial, commercial, and residential construction. With all that experience and knowledge, coupled with OSHA training, Ryan obtained his South Carolina NASCLA General Contractor license in 2023. Since then he has built multiple custom homes and remodeled homes and commercial spaces. He also has experience navigating projects when insurance companies are involved.

His wife, Billi Jo, has a love of construction as well! She enjoys being on site and getting her hands dirty but mostly finds herself tracking all the details, staying up on paperwork, and contributing to design elements.
